Shipping Policy

All DLuxe orders are carefully packed and dispatched from the UK.

Order Processing

Ready-to-ship orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

As DLuxe is an independent handmade brand, some items may require additional preparation time. Where an item is made to order or has a longer dispatch time, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

UK Delivery

Once dispatched, UK orders will usually arrive within 2–4 working days, depending on the delivery service selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, busy periods or circumstances outside our control.

Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery

DLuxe ships worldwide.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and delivery service. Estimated shipping times and charges will be shown at checkout where available.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees when they arrive in the destination country. These charges are set by the relevant authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless they have already been collected at checkout.

Customs processing can occasionally cause additional delivery delays.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to amend the address before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.

Additional postage charges may apply if an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will look into it for you.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with other members of your household, neighbours and any safe places before contacting us.
